On-Site Coordination – I will be at your destination in the days leading up to and on your wedding day, ensuring everything is set up exactly as planned.

Vendor & Venue Liaison – Directly work with local vendors, venue staff, and wedding coordinators to confirm timelines, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment, and catering.

Guest Welcome Assistance – Be present to greet your guests upon arrival, help with check-in, and ensure they have all the information they need for the festivities.

Together, the travel advisor and clients embark on the planning phase, meticulously curating every aspect of the their wedding, from accommodations and transfers to dining options, excursions, and activities, ensuring a bespoke and unforgettable experience.

The travel advisor assumes responsibility for resort room blocks, ensuring that every detail is meticulously arranged for the clients' convenience and enjoyment.
